Had a great experience speaking with them over the phone. I called with several questions, and they were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service, especially before even becoming a customer. I really appreciate their time and would definitely consider bringing my vehicle here in the future!

I called in the morning to get an appointment. I was given several date and time options. I went in same day as i called. Bill looked at problem and was able to fix it, same day! I am so appreciative and happy with the service I received. I will be back if ever I need. Thank you PAB, and thank you Bill. Fixed Subaru, check!

Bill did an awesome job replacing my bumper and making my car look great again. You’d never know anything ever happened to it. He was super kind, genuine, and really easy to work with, plus he worked around my schedule which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can actually trust, and Bill definitely is one. Highly recommend!
